Ordering

If you are going to order a product, there are two ordering options to choose from.

a.) Please send the Purchase Order To the email info@biotyscience.com. We’d like to hear from you. After receiving your PO, our sale manager will send you the Pro-Forma Invoice within 24 hours.

b.) If you have a Taobao account,  sign in to taobao.com. You can orders in the store

Payment Terms

Shipment

Delivery will be arranged on the day we confirm the payment. For international orders, items are shipped by UPS. Items are delivered in five days to most countries. The shipping information can be tracked after 2-3 workdays. Shipping by ice pack & Handling charges $120 to America, and $80 to Asia.

When do you confirm my PO?

We will confirm the status of this PO within 24 hours. And Pro-Forma Invoice will usually be sent to your e-mail.

When will my order be processed?

Most orders will be processed on the same or the following business day. However depending on the order quantity and our current stock, it may take an extra several days.

How to order customized products?

If you are interested in products other than these on the website, please email us to express interest. We’d like to hear from you. 

Do you ship internationally?

For international orders, we welcome you to contact us for payment and shipping details. Please email us at info@biotyscience.com.  

When will I receive my order?

Most orders to Asia, will arrive in 3-7 days, and most orders within the United States will arrive in 5-10 days after prepayment has been received. 

When do in stock orders ship?

Orders that are in stock are typically shipped within 48 hours once prepayment has been received.

When do out of stock orders ship?

If the product is not in stock and we can not produce a new lot within short time, we will contact you.

Can I cancel an order?

Online orders may be canceled free of charge just on the date that the order is pleced. 

How can I request an invoice?

Invoices will usually be sent to the e-mail address listed on the order form within 3 days after the order has been delivered.
