1.Preparation of Immunogen
1.1The recombinant protein was obtained by molecular cloning vector and induced expression in Escherichia coli, and could be used as immunogen directly after purification and identification.
1.2Small molecular weight proteins or compounds, such as small molecular weight, need to be conjugated vectors to modify the molecule to become an immunogenic antigen.
2.Immune Animal
Healthy, age-appropriate chickens were selected for immunization. After the initial immunization, more than 2 to 3 times of booster immunization to form a higher level of IgG antibodies. The interval between primary immunization and reimmunization is usually 10 to 14 days. After each immunization enhancement, the antiserum titer was determined, and the result was satisfactory, the immunized eggs were collected.

4.Purification of Antibodies
Eggs collected are pooled and delipidation reagent and stirred and incubated.Clear supernatant is decanted and added to IgY precipitation reagent and further incubated. The solution is then centrifuged and the resulting pellet brought back into a PBS solution and OD measured. Subsequent affinity purification is now pursued.
5.Preservation of Immune Antibodies
The antibodies are stored after packaging.
