1.Sample Treatment
The pH value and ionic strength of the sample play an important role in the process of internal toxin removal. Treated sodium oxide, 0.1M of sodium hydroxide, or 0.1M of hydrochloric acid can be used to adjust ionic strength or pH before purification.
2.Activated Resin
Place the pre-assembled polymer on the iron rack, turn on the flow rate controller, make the protective liquid dry under the action of gravity, add the regenerative buffer, adjust the flow rate controller, wait for the regenerative buffer to dry, and then add the regenerative buffer to ensure that the system maintains no pyrogen .
3.Balance Resin
After activation, add balance buffer and adjust flow rate controller.
4. Endotoxin Removal
Turn off the flow control, add the sample using the non-heat source gun tip, and collect the eluent. The concentration and endotoxin levels of the samples were detected.
5.Preservation Conditions
The pre-assembled column needs to be saved after use. First balance the column with the balance buffer. When the balance liquid dries, add the regenerative buffer.
